Coats and Waistcoats

Inseam
Measure from the crotch to the hem of the trousers, following the seam.

Seat or Hips
Measure around the fullest point of the seat or hips. You can add an inch or so for more room.

Side Length
Measure from the top of the trouser waistband, down the side seam to the hem.

Hem Width
Total hem width around the circumference of the trouser leg.
